Delivery Policy

Everything here is digital. Nothing is physically shipped.

What we deliver

T-Book Series sells SAP books as PDF files. No physical goods are shipped, so no address, courier or delivery charge is involved.

When you get access

As soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment:

  1. your access link is shown on the confirmation page;
  2. the same link is emailed to you, usually within a minute;
  3. the Google Drive folder for what you bought is shared with your Gmail address, so it also appears in Drive under “Shared with me”.

Updates

When we correct or revise a book, the new version replaces the old one in the same folder, at no cost.

If something does not arrive

Check Drive under “Shared with me”, signed in with the Gmail address you paid with, and search your inbox (including Promotions and Spam) for T-Book Series. If it is still missing, contact us and we will deliver it by hand.
