Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital delivery

The books are PDF files, delivered by sharing a Google Drive folder with your Google account the moment your payment succeeds. A published book cannot be returned once it has been shared.

You are eligible for a refund if

• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• your payment succeeded but you never received access, after contacting support and giving us a chance to fix it;
• a book is materially different from its description on this site.

Request it within 7 days of purchase by writing to support@techbookseries.shop from the address you used at checkout.

Not eligible for a refund

• Change of mind after a published book has been shared with you.
• Finding a book too basic or too advanced: every book’s chapter list is public before you pay.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

There is nothing to cancel: every purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank; an access problem is usually fixed in minutes. Access is suspended while a chargeback is open.
